Brazilian music live in the beer garden!

RETRATOS ENSEMBLE brings together some of Melbourne’s finest exponents of Brazilian music. The group explores the rich tapestry of sounds and colours found in the music while focussing on a contemporary and original approach to the compositions. The music moves from the Samba and Choro of Rio in the south, to the the north eastern regions where the Baiao and Frevo rhythms rule.
