Having established himself within the Melbourne Jazz scene over the past 6 years Ollie Shute has performed with famed artists such as James Morrison, Dick Oatts, Mat Jodrell, Carl Mackey, Tony Gould and many more! With him recently completing his Bachelor of Music at the James Morrison Academy of Music he was awarded the recipient of Performance in Excellence award in 2021. Recently in 2022 Ollie was also selected as the drummer for the Australian National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Ollie is continuing to carv out a diverse career as a creative and professional jazz musician/educator whilst remaining a life-long learner and contributor to the jazz community.
