This WTF Tuesday features sets from Nick Pennington:

NICK PENNINGTON -
Guitarist Nick Pennington started his life in music in his hometown of Adelaide. After a fruitful engagement with the local music scene both as a bandleader and accompanist, Nick moved to the United States to further his studies. He graduated from Manhattan School of Music in 2019 with a Masters, under instruction from Jack Wilkins, Dave Lieberman, Rogerio Boccato and Dayna Stephens. He has since shared the stage with the likes of Billy Childs, Jochen Rueckert, Matt Penman, Regina Carter, Rich Perry, Savannah Harris and many others in the New York jazz scene.

Nick visits the Brunswick Green to present two sets of music - featuring new original songs as well as some special pieces written by friends and peers. He will be supported by brilliant fixtures of Australia’s thriving and ever-evolving music scene in Niran Dasika [Trumpet], Sam Anning [Bass] and Kyrie Anderson [Drums].
