WTF Tuesdays are back at the Green! A new series mixing up jazz improv sessions- contemporary classical- and live scores to classic movies.

This Tuesday features sets from Ffion Stoakes & Jack Dobson

Ffion Stoakes:
Ffion is a multi-instrumental artist specialising in improvisation. Drawing inspiration from his jazz and classical training, Ffion takes the cello to new and unique levels. Through exploration of the instruments timbral capabilities and use of loop pedal and effects, Ffion’s compositions and improvisations transport audiences to worlds that mirror sounds and landscapes of the country we call ‘Australia’.

Jack Dobson:
Jack Dobson leads this one time project with Oskar Moore and Marley Del Prete. Join the trio through an improvised soundscape blending digital synthesis with real brass. Jack will lay down the foundation with a developing loop using Ableton live, as Marley and Oskar colour the texture with their own voices. Hope you enjoy.
