This special event is part of the inaugural Sonic Poetry Festival; poetry that sounds like all of us. While regular host Michael Reynolds is recovering from health issues, the host will be the wonderful Elizabeth "Lish" Skec.
Passionate Tongues Poetry began in 1999 and so it's fitting that it features one of the biggest supporters and contributors to Melbourne poetry, Fleassy Malay. Convenor of Mothertongue, a respected, much loved prizewinning poetry performer, her work is beautiful and inspiring. A night to treasure.
