WTF Tuesdays are back at the Green! A new series mixing up jazz improv sessions- contemporary classical- and live scores to classic movies.

This Tuesday features sets from duos Loom and The Handsomest Men In The World.

Ashley was handpicked by Dave Douglas to put together a project for the international Festival Of New Trumpet music in August 2022, which is where this ensemble 'LOOM' premiered their first work. Ashley and Ollie have formed a strong musical connection over the past few years, bound by their shared passion for timbre, texture, and playfulness within improvisation. Their set will weave together ethereal soundscapes, with percussive anthills and waves of wailing distortion.

THE HANDSOMEST MEN IN THE WORLD

The Handsomest Men in the World is a project by Daniel Waddingham and Andrew Saragossi, the pair will traverse the spectrum of electro and acoustic sound through a collection of compositions and improvised vignettes. The two share a love and curiosity for exploring the subtleties of sound, rhythm and melody and do so in a way that is relentless and exposing.
