WTF Tuesdays are back at the Green! A new series mixing up jazz improv sessions- contemporary classical- and live scores to classic movies.

This Tuesday features sets from bandleaders:

Erin Sherlock:

Erin Sherlock is a composer and trumpet player from Lutruwita/Tasmania and is currently studying interactive composition at VCA. Her melodic and evocative compositions will be performed by Abi Lee (pno), Babs Brady (drms), Meg Davidson (d.bass), Tristan Meffre (sax) & Erin Sherlock (tpt/flgl).

Pat Jaffe:

A new ensemble made up of Pat Jaffe (pno), Zac O'Connell (a.sax), Ashley Ballat (tpt) & Ollie Cox (drms/perc), four musicians who regularly play together in many different combos, just not this exact one (until now). They will perform mostly improvised music that sits near the midpoint of jazz and chamber music, making the most of harmonics possibilities of this bass-less setting.
