Cope Street Parade are coming to Melbourne. We can't wait to perform some new music for you.

It has been three years between releases for the Cope Street Parade and by their express standards this is a long time. ‘Caffè Corretto’ is the 8th studio offering from this ensemble.

Much like it’s predecessor ‘Australian Ragtime Music’ the music on this record has taken influence from a culture abroad and of course our own, grown here in Australia.

Inspired by two years of touring and travelling in Italy the music is as much a love letter to Sicily as it is a post card home to Sydney.

The title track ‘Caffè Corretto’ literally translates to ‘Corrected Coffee’ (that is a coffee wish a shot of grappa or sambucca inside). Being in Italy at the time this was a custom we respectfully acknowledged daily.
