Improv/Creative music night

The Gene Tree Project Trio are: Gideon Brazil  (saxes/ flute) / Adam Simmons (shakahachi/ bass clarinet / saxes) / Elissa Goodrich (vibraphone / compositions)

These critically acclaimed artists play a selection of music from Elissa’s current compositional project: The Gene Tree Project –  dynamic, contemporary improvised music inspired by evolutionary climate science,

Elissa is a composer-recipient of the 2018 APRA AMCOS Art Music Fund, supporting the further composition of Gene Tree: Listen.Now.Again. -   towards a major performance work in partnership with St Martin's Youth Performing Arts Centre in 2020.
