Carousel gestated in the guts of a plethora of songwriters, flowering as the rhythm section cradling the words and melodies crafted by the storytellers. Smashing together disparate musical loves through the powerful medium of freely improvised music, a demonstrable love for their own instruments, the musical universe at large, as well as for each other. A combination of noise / music, tonality / non-tonality, comfort / discomfort, in medium-to-long musical forms.
