Biography:
The Slipdixies formed in mid-2015 and are inspired by the early jazz and blues music of the twenties and thirties. Our repertoire ranges from hot driving rhythms to laid back blues. We play old favourites as well as lesser known forgotten treasures of the bygone era.

The band consists of clarinet, trumpet, banjo, resonator guitar, tuba washboard and vocals. We create the sounds of early New Orleans music with a mild modern twist.
